Belgium-based Milo Rau keeps getting called "the most controversial theater director" of his generation or in the world or whatever.  His International Institute of Political Murder is obviously unafraid to confront ugly topics.  This play presents the true story of a Belgian serial child killer and features actual children.  It will not be easy.
