MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  No Hands:  pour 1-1/4 oz. each of Campari and sweet Vermouth, with 2 dashes of chocolate bitters, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice.  Stir.  Pour into a Highball glass over ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with an orange slice.
