Call-it-jazz-if-you-have-to-have-a-name-for-things composer/multi-instrumentalist Morgan Guerin premieres a new two-part work for mixed ensemble.  Guerin himself will play the EWI (that's Electronic Woodwind Instrument to you).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Jeez Louse:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Averna amaro, 1/2 oz. Cynar, and 3/4 oz. each of Cointreau and lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with an orange wheel.  Drink through a straw.
