MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Maravilla:  pour 2 oz. Mezcal, 1/4 oz. Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro, and 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao, with 2 dashes each of orange bitters and chocolate bitters, into a rocks or Old Fashioned glass over ice.  Stir.  Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
