MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Mother-in-Law: pour 2 oz. Bourbon, 1 teaspoon each of Cointreau, Maraschino liqueur, and Simple Syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of Golden Moon Amer dit Picon or Bigalett China-China, with 2 dashes each of Peychaud's and Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
