A set of new pieces inspired by a speech by Susan B. Anthony. The intriguing ensemble features mezzo soprano, trumpet, electric guitar, piano/synthesizer, electric bass, viola da gamba, and drums/percussion.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you're there for the live performance, the best I can think of in the Arctic Waste That Is Now Midtown is Gabriel Kreuther for fancy Alsatian. Those at home can make Suffragettes: pour 1 oz. each of Gin, dry Vermouth and sweet Vermouth, with 1 dash of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a pair of lemon twists.
