MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Cynarita: pour 1-1/2 oz. Tequila and 1/2 oz. each of Campari and Cynar into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
