French opera specialists Opera Lafayette perform Philodor's rarely heard Baroque-into-Classical opera Le Maréchal Ferrant. In English! On a ranch in Mancos, Colorado! (Warning: this looks to be a canned recording of a recent Quarantine-era live performance.)

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Old Cuban: pour 1-1/2 oz. aged Rum, 3/4 oz. lime juice, and 1 oz. Simple Syrup, with 6-8 mint leaves and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
