A quartet by Reena Esmail, who thinks of Carnatic music when she composes new classical. Dvorák's American Quartet is pleasant — and I mean that in the nicest possible way.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Mezcal Sunset: pour 1 oz. each of Mezcal and Champagne, and 2 oz. orange juice, into a rocks glass over ice. Top with 1 tablespoon of Grenadine.
