The Unheard-of Ensemble premieres the fruits of its year-long collaboration with the eclectic New Music composers' collective ICEBERG.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: It's an evening for a Boulevardier: pour 1-1/2 oz. Rye and 3/4 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Campari into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
