Holiday Dowtown Cabaret.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Muletide Cocktail: pour 1-1/2 oz. Mezcal, 3/4 oz. each of Amontillado Sherry and Ginger Syrup, and 1/2 oz. each of lemon juice and Allspice (or Pimento) Dram into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
