MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Harvest Sour: pour 1 oz. each of Rye and Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy, and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, with an egg white, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ICE. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake again, hard. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters.
