Elephant Room are painfully funny. I mean like literally. I mean like the time I saw them it literally hurt I was laughing so hard.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: White Elephant: pour 2 oz. white Rum, 1/2 oz. lime juice, 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, and 2 teaspoons Absinthe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a large grapefruit twist.
