MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Winter Julep: warm a Brandy snifter with hot water and then discard the water. Brew 1 teaspoon of peppermint tea in 5 oz. boiled water for 4 minutes. Remove the infuser. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon and 3/4 oz. Brown Sugar Syrup. Stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
