Cellist and sonic explorer Lester St. Louis does . . . well, I don't know what it'll be tonight — but whatever it is, it's bound to be interesting.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Street Legal: pour 2 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. each of Vermouth Blanc and Fino Sherry, and 1 teaspoon of Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an olive.
