MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: The Local: pour 1-1/2 oz. Rye and 1 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Top with Malbec wine.
