MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Queens: pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. dry Vermouth, 3/4 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1 oz pineapple juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
