MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Adonis: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Fino or Manzanilla Sherry and sweet Vermouth, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a Martini glass or coupe — or a wine glass. Express an orange peel into the drink, and then discard the peel.
