MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Let's go as crazy as the musicians here will, and make a cocktail that you stir rather than shake even though it has fruit juice in it.  Crazy!  Light and Day:  pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/4 oz. each of Yellow Chartreuse, Maraschino liqueur, and orange juice, with 4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stirred not shaken.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
