Interdisciplinary artist Jeremy Toussaint-Baptiste's combinations of music and installation are almost always fascinating.  Let's see what happens tonight.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A welcome fixture of the M. Wells cocktail list, La Louisiane:  pour 2 oz. Rye, 1/2 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/4 oz. Benedictine, with 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters and 2 dashes of Absinthe, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
