The Kitchen continues its semi-weekly Tuesday and Thursday series of live streams with turntablist/sound artist Maria Chavez, who can temporarily emerge from a medically induced break for a remote performance.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I'm sorry:  Maria Chavez is from Lima and I can't help myself.  I have never ever been able to have fewer than three Chilcanos at one sitting:  4 oz. Ginger Ale, 2 oz. Pisco, 1/2 lime stirred in an ice-filled highball glass.
