A weekly salon featuring music, dance, and (uh-oh) storytelling, presented in an atmosphere supposed to invoke the '60s Downtown café scene.  I daresay this seems a bit staider than La MaMa's Downtown Variety Show live streams.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  It's getting to the end of that period of the year when you'd favor a Manhattan, so let's have just one (or several) more.  Pour 2 oz. Rye and 1 oz. sweet Vermouth, with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters (and an additional dash of Orange bitters if you feel like it), into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir, and strain into a Martini glass or coupé.  If you have a Maraschino cherry to plop in, go for it.
