Experimental violinist/pianist/composer/sound artist Billie Howard presents an afternoon of like-minded musicians.  Howard herself will perform in her noisy Akosuen guise.  Among other things, there'll also be a duo set by violinists Leah Asher (a personal fave) and Maya Bennardo (who's in the Mivos Quartet — so you know she's really good), and a set from Dubai by the striking sound/media/performance artist Amanda Gutiérrez.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Erin Williams's "Kill-Devil" is not for the faint of heart:  pour 2 oz. Rhum Agricole, 3/4 oz. Chartreuse, and 1/4 oz. Demerara Syrup (just Simple Syrup made with Demerara), with 3-count-'em-3 dashes Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Pegu served it with a fancy flaming garnish, but I'm going to spare us that.
