Violinist Mariella Haubs plays violin-and-piano rep by list fave Molly Joyce (can't wait to hear it!), whose music tends to the absorbingly ethereal, and two composers we are coming to appreciate as being a lot better than history had given them credit for, Lili Boulanger and Clara Schumann.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Maybe you have some Honey Syrup left over.  Bee's Knees:  pour 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. lemon juice, and 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup into a cocktail shaker.  Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
