The Global Klezmer String Project organized by London klezmer Illana Cravitz reaches Brooklyn's own mod/trad fiddler Zoë Aqua.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I think a Honeysuckle would be nice:  pour 2 oz. white Rum and 3/4 oz. each lime juice and Honey Syrup into a cocktail shaker.  (Honey Syrup may sound scary, but all it is, is 3 parts honey to 1 part hot water stirred until well blended.)  Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lime web.
