I'm principally picking this for electronic singer-songwriter Julia Holter at 10:00 PM (performing tonight with Olivia Block, creator of bewitching soundscapes).  But there are plenty of other good people on the bill.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Jeyplak:  pour 2 oz. Gin and 1 oz. sweet Vermouth, with 1 dash of Absinthe, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
