I'm gonna go all personal on you and say these are two singers/performers/creators I just lovelovelove.  Fearless, imaginative, unafraid to be challenging but also unafraid to be enjoyable.  Why in the world would you skip this?

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A show like this deserves a REALLY nice cocktail.  So, from Harry McElhone himself, a Welcome Stranger:  pour 1/2 oz. each of Gin, Cognac or other Brandy, Swedish Punsch (I'm TELLING you you need to get some of this!), Grenadine, orange juice, and lemon juice (or, instead of 1/2 oz. each of the two juices, 1 oz. of Meyer lemon juice if, like me, you're finishing up the end of this year's stash) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
