A weekly salon featuring music, dance, and (uh-oh) storytelling.  This week's program celebrates Pacific Islander American Heritage Month.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  It would be extremely disrespectful to specify a Tiki cocktail here — but I'm afraid I'm going to do so.  Fogcutter:  pour 1-1/2 oz. white Rum, 1/2 oz. each of Gin and Brandy, 2 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. lemon juice, and 1/2 oz. Orgeat into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Highball glass over ice.  Top with 1/2 oz. Amontillado Sherry.  Garnish with a mint leaf.  Reflect on cultural objectification, appropriation, and blatant misrepresentation.
