A night of world premieres by the inimitable Mark Morris — all of which were created on the company, rehearsed, and are performed via Zoom.  This is as big as big deals get.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A Prince of Wales takes a bit of work — but this is Mark Morris we're drinking to:  put a 1" cube of pineapple in a cocktail shaker.  Pour in 1-1/2 oz. Rye, 1/2 teaspoon Maraschino liqueur, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup.  Muddle.  Fill cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Top with Champagne.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
