MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Let's return to the Bijou:  pour 1.5 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each Sweet Vermouth and Green Chartreuse, with 1 dash of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Express a lemon peel into the drink and discard it.  Garnish with a cocktail cherry or an olive (I personally do NOT like olives in my Bijous).
