A special Juneteenth edition of La MaMa's absolutely wonderful avant-variety show!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A red cocktail for Juneteenth, the Bishop Cocktail:  pour 3 oz. white Rum, 1 oz. red wine (Burgundy by preference), 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Simple Syrup into an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled wine glass.  Garnish with a lime wedge.
