MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  If you happen to have any Sloe Gin laying around, tonight you're going to get to use it — in a McClelland:  pour 2 oz. Sloe Gin and 1 oz. Curaçao, with 1 dash of Absinthe, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with an orange twist.
