MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Kup's Indispensible Cocktail:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each of dry and sweet Vermouth, with a dash of Absinthe, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with an orange twist.
