A virtual salon.  Artists and performers can share pieces in whatever stage of completion.  Everyone else can comment and converse.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A friend just turned me on to a cocktail called the Zephyr.  I haven't tried one yet, but it looks delicious (there are other cocktails going by this name that look decidedly less delicious):  pour 1 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each Cocchi Americano and Green Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
