You're probably tired of hearing me sing the praises of Jen Shyu, jazz/classical/world/whyevenbother? pianist/vocalist/Asian string player.  So just listen.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Hey Hey, My My (some bartender's a Neil Young fan):  pour 3/4 oz. Fino Sherry, 1-1/2 oz. Aperol, 1 oz. grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, and 1/4 oz. honey syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Martini glass or coupe.
