Majel Connery sings (beautifully) alt-electropop, Neo-Baroque Alt Classical, and plain old Alt Classical.  She could be a poster girl for the um esthetic of this List.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  St. Stephen's Sour:  pour 1 oz. each of Cognac and aged Rum, and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Orgeat, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.  Garnish with a lemon twist.  Pure heaven.
