Three multidisciplinary artists explore the constraints of lo-fi Zoom performances.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Here's a new one on me, the Friends And Neighbors:  pour 3/4 oz. each of Aperol, Lillet Blanc (I'm gonna use Kina l'Aero d'Or instead myself), and Suze into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a rocks glass over ice.  In another glass, pour 3/4 oz. Absinthe over ice and stir until it develops a louche, i.e., it gets milky.  Then, float the Absinthe over the cocktail in the rocks glass.  I really can't wait to try this.
