I neglected to note that all performances of Troy Schumacher's outdoor ballet in the Hudson Valley are also being live streamed, for those who missed out on getting tickets or are insufficiently bougie to be in the Hudson Valley.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Descanso Beach Smash:  muddle 4 slices of lemon and 5 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.  Add ice.  Pour in 2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. Aperol, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup.  Shake.  Strain into an Old Fashioned glass or a wine glass over ice.  Garnish with 3 (small) orange wedges and a mint sprig.
