Kathleen Supové, that queen of avant-piano, will tickle, assault, and subvert the ivories.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Chinatown Rickey:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Fino Sherry, 1 oz. lime, and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, with a handful of mint leaves, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
