The great Bill T. Jones helps reinterpret for New York a durational performance piece by Lee Mingwei. There will be different dancers and musicians (and a different location within the Museum) each week. This week, the sound is by Holland Andrews.
MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Those attending live should pick up a Black and White at William Greenberg: they'll feel better. Those watching at home can have a Wild Heart: pour 1-1/4 oz. each of Aperol and Vermouth Blanc, and 3/4 oz. lemon juice, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Top with bitter lemon soda. Garnish with 1/2 of an orange wheel.
