Two Portland piano duos don't so much push the boundaries as disregard them:  just what we like around here on this List.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  No. 8:  pour 1 oz. each of Cognac and Rye, 1/2 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/4 oz. Génépy, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with an orange twist.
