Visual artist Baseera Khan was just getting her life and her apartment in order.  Then the Quarantine hit.  As part of a residency at Queenlabs, she's working on a TV pilot based on this experience.  This week, we get to watch film shoots.  Rough cuts will be released later.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Seaport:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Mezcal, 1/2 oz. green Chartreuse, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, and 1 heaping teaspoon of Simple Syrup, with 1 or 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
