A virtual salon.  Artists and performers can share pieces in whatever stage of completion.  Everyone else can comment and converse.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I said in Monday's List that I like Boulevardiers made with Rye instead of Bourbon.  Subscriber MW points out that a Boulevardier made with Rye is called a 1794.  Except, not exactly:  the proportions are a little different — and it turns out to be better that way (not that contemporary bartenders aren't changing the proportions of Boulevardiers in a similar manner).  SO:  pour 2 oz. Rye and 1 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Campari, with a dash of chocolate bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with an orange twist.
