Electronic music — from Pittsburgh!  Yinz'll love it!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  The area around Pittsburgh was once the Rye Capital of the Universe.  So, a Ross Collins or three (it's a long show!):  pour 2 oz. Rye and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, over two thin orange slices in a cocktail shaker.  Add ice.  Shake very hard.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with another orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
