MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Naked in the Desert: pour 3/4 oz. each of Sotol (you've GOT to get into this cactus liquor — you've just GOT to), Aperol, yellow Chartreuse, and lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add 6 drops of Angostura bitters. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
