Having been virtually abandoned by its employer, the MET Orchestra takes to the internet to raise money for its members. MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Bitter Sunday Afternoon: pour 3/4 oz. Gin, 1 oz. Cocchi Americano, and 1/2 oz. each of Gran Classico Bitter and Salers into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Express a lemon peel into the drink and toss in the rind as a garnish.
