Kathleen Supové, the queen of New Music piano, plays a piece by Richard Belcastro for herself alone and a new "concerto" by James Moore for her and the fierce fourth-wave string quartet The Rhythm Method.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Maravilla: pour 2 oz. Mezcal, 1/4 oz. Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro, 1/2 oz. Crème de Cocao, and 2 dashes each of orange bitters and chocolate bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chlled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
