Joel Ross is such a great vibes player he's well nigh undeniable. Tonight he premieres a new extended chamber jazz composition.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Lauder's Daisy (this is really nice): pour 2 oz. Scotch, 3/4 oz. each of lemon/lime juice (combined) and Simple Syrup, and 2 teaspoons of club soda into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
