MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Applejack Sazerac: pour 2 oz. Laird's Apple Brandy and 1/4 oz. Maple Syrup, with 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
