MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, Taiwanese snacks at Taiwan Station. Streaming at home, have a Jolly Roger: pour 1 oz. aged Rum, 1/2 oz. Reposado Tequila, 3/4 oz. sweet Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Fernet, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Add 1 oz. sparkling Wine. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Express a lemon peel into the drink and garnish with the rind, together with a mint sprig.
